This voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. The experience purchased is valid for a period of 12 months, after which time they will revert to a monetary voucher of the original value of the voucher purchased, which can be redeemed towards the original experience purchased for an extended 24 months.
